New generation of welding machines
ARXIS
With the new ARXIS welding power source series, OTC DAIHEN enters a new level of welding machines. New standards in arc welding were already set with the Welbee I and Welbee II series.
With the introduction of ARXIS, we are continuing our efforts to offer industry-leading concepts for your production lines.
With ARXIS, too, the well-known Welbee High-Speed processor already installed in the previous equipment series is the basis for future-oriented welding technology.
ARXIS pulse MIG/MAG inverter welding power source stands out for its modular design and intuitive user interface, and is ideal for industrial application. OTC DAIHEN has modified various product characteristics and developed new features:
- The housing of all device types has been standardized and is now significantly more compact and lighter. It has been reduced by about 30% compared to the previous model series.
- The water cooling unit of the new inverter has been optimized; it can now be changed easily and modularly via a slide-in compartment. The flow rate can be monitored at any time.
- The clearly structured and intuitive menu navigation via the display enables convenient operation of the welding machine. The display is located either on the wire feeder or directly on the power source. As an additional option, the menu navigation can also be accessed via tablet on a corresponding app.
- The new LED status display below the display gives you immediate information about four different system statuses: ready for operation, welding mode, warning and fault.
- The tool-free replacement of wear parts and the minimal disassembly required for maintenance work drastically reduce non-productive time.
- Another innovation of the ARXIS is the centralization of the cable guides on the rear of the welding machine.
The ARXIS series is currently available in six different models in the 320, 400, 450 and 500 A classes. Further models will follow.
